Join Cleveland Ballet on Friday, July 24, for an encore performance following their successful debut at Lakeside Chautauqua last summer. Experience an enchanting evening that celebrates the unique spirit of our lakefront community with excerpts from Swan Lake. This romantic ballet tells the tragic tale of Prince Siegfried who falls in love with Princess Odette, a woman cursed to be a swan by day and human by night.

The festive evening continues with Picnic, featuring Pyotr Ilyich Tchaikovsky’s dances for piano and violin choreographed by Cleveland Ballet’s Artistic Director, Timour Bourtasenkov. The program concludes with the lively and energetic Dance of the Toreadors from Don Quixote, showcasing bravado, cape-swirling, and Spanish flair.
