In the Academia portion, the students will showcase their technical works and abilities that have been practiced and perfected this 2024-2025 year. The variety of classical ballet, contemporary, variations, and pointe work pieces highlight the growth between levels and give our tiniest dancers a glimpse of what they can grow into, while simultaneously celebrating the hard work of our pre-professional level dancers.
Carnival of the Animals shows how students explore what happens when a group of dancers struggle to find their inspiration and are given a magical book by their teacher. The animals jump right off the page! As each creature performs, parallels of human experience is explored and highlight the connection all life has with one another.
